Privacy Policy

360Interview.ai ("this site") is operated by Subcue AI LLC ("we," "us"). The site has no user accounts, no login, and no comment system. It does host four free practice tools, and three of them can send text you enter to us to be processed by AI — exactly what that involves is spelled out under "The free practice tools" below.

What we collect

• Server logs. This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver and secure the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first measurement tool that does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites.
• Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, referral source); its advertising features are disabled for everyone. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google Analytics sets no cookies and sends only cookieless, aggregated pings unless you click "Accept" on the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are ever set and the site works identically. Outside those regions, Google Analytics sets its measurement cookies (e.g. _ga) by default. In every region a stored decline is honored, and your choice lives in your browser's localStorage and can be reset by clearing site data. • Nothing else. We run no advertising pixels and do not sell or share visitor data.

The free practice tools

• Answer builder. Everything you type stays in your browser. The working draft is kept in your browser's localStorage so a refresh does not lose it, and the Reset button erases it. Nothing is sent to us.
• AI mock interview — your voice. The transcription is done by your browser's own speech recognition. In Chrome and Edge that feature sends audio to Google's speech service, the same as any voice input on the web; in other browsers it may not exist at all, in which case you can type instead. We never receive your audio — it does not pass through this site.
• AI mock interview and self-introduction generator — your resume. The mock interview uses the resumes you make in the resume builder (below). On the self-introduction generator you can also add one: the file is read in your browser and its text is saved in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on your device — not on our servers, and not in an account. Delete a resume at any time; clearing this site's data in your browser removes it too. Only when you start a round with a resume selected, or ask the generator to write an introduction, is its text (at most the first 6,000 characters) sent along with that request, as described below.
• AI mock interview — your camera. The optional camera preview is shown only on your own screen. The video is never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere.
• AI mock interview — questions and feedback. When a round ends (after the last question, or when you press "End"), the questions and the text of the answers you gave — and, if you chose one, your resume text — are sent once to this site's server and forwarded to our AI provider to generate the review you see: xAI (the Grok API) or, for visitors in the countries xAI does not serve (such as mainland China), Cloudflare Workers AI. When you start a round with a resume, its text is sent the same way once more to write that round's questions. We do not store the questions, the answers, or the resume. What we do keep is a counter: the number of AI requests per day, token totals for cost tracking, and a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address used only to enforce the daily fair-use limit. Those counters expire automatically (rate-limit hashes within 48 hours, daily totals within 40 days). See xAI's privacy policy and Cloudflare's privacy policy for how they process API requests.
• Self-introduction generator. When you click "Write my introduction" (or "Write another version"), the job title you typed, the options you chose and the text in the "About you" box (at most the first 6,000 characters) are sent once to this site's server and forwarded to the same AI provider to write the introduction you see. We do not store any of it; the same counters as above apply, from the same daily limit. The options and job title are remembered in your browser's local storage for your next visit; the text in the box is not.
• Resume builder — your resumes and photo. The resumes you build, and any photo you add, are saved in your browser's own storage (IndexedDB) on your device — not on our servers and not in an account. The photo is resized in your browser and never leaves it. Delete a resume in the builder at any time; clearing this site's data in your browser removes them all. Downloading a PDF uses your browser's own print dialog and uploads nothing. The mock interview and the self-introduction generator list the resumes you build, as plain text read in your browser; one is sent only if you pick it there, under that tool's terms above. If you choose "Practise in the mock interview" or "Write my self-introduction", a plain-text copy of that resume is saved in the same browser storage the other two tools use.
• Resume builder — AI Optimize and Import. When you run AI Optimize, the headline, summary and bullet points of the resume you are editing (with each entry's title and employer as a label, never your contact details or photo) and any job description you paste are sent once to this site's server and forwarded to the same AI provider to propose the rewrites you see. When you import a resume, the text read from your file (or pasted) — at most the first 12,000 characters — is sent once the same way to sort it into the editor's sections. We do not store any of it; the same counters as above apply, from the same daily limit.
• Bot protection. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on the AI requests, it performs a privacy-preserving check that you are not a bot. Turnstile does not track you across sites.

Legacy 360Interview accounts and data

This domain changed ownership in August 2026. We did not acquire, do not possess, and cannot access any user accounts, payment records, transcripts, or other personal data from the former 360Interview AI product. If you were a user of the former product, we are unable to retrieve or delete data held by its former operator.
